There is no title screen so for the thumbnail I used a movie poster The colors were all messed up for the film. Not having worked with color films much before, I did what I could. I don't claim they're good now, but only better. Please see the 'Angulimala - Before and After' for more of an explanation, and it also shows how they were before as compared to now. The Encyclopedia of Indian Cinema says this about Angulimala: Financed by the Thai Government this film was to celebrate the 2500th anniversary of the Buddha (6th century BC). The tyrannical Angulimal (Bhushan), a bandit wearing a garland of severed human fingers and who engages in bloody mystical rituals to achieve divine power, eventually succumbs to the Buddha’s teachings. Nimmi played Angulimal’s lover and Hemen Gupta was originally announced as the director.
